If you think your business has what it takes to shine above the rest then make sure you submit your entry in this year’s New Forest Brilliance in Business Awards.
The 2011/12 award scheme, which is organised by the New Forest Business Partnership (NFBP), is now in its sixth year and was officially launched on 21 September at Dibden Golf Centre following NFBP’s second annual Golf Day. The event was attended by over 70 members of the local business community including winners from previous years’ award schemes.
This year, awards will be made in seven categories recognising high levels of achievement within entrants’ businesses. The individual categories will focus on specialist areas including investment in the workforce, enterprise and innovation, development of technologies and green policies. One business selected from the winners of the individual categories will be named NFBP Business of the Year.
NFBP Chairman Rob Dewing said: “Throughout the five years of running this award scheme we have seen an increasingly high standard of entries. I look forward to this trend continuing in this year’s award scheme and as such would encourage all local businesses to submit their entries.”
Businesses wishing to submit entries for this year’s award scheme should do so online at www.nfbp.org.uk. Individuals can also nominate a company for an individual category in the same manner.
